EA Singapore support not bothered to respond

I've sent email messages over the past 5 days regarding bugs about multiplayer BFBC2. Sadly, EA Singapore has not even bothered to acknowledge the emails, much less attend to the bugs.

After the latest update (1.04), when I'm playing multiplayer, the in-game map is missing and so are all the targeting cross hairs for the various classes. It only comes on using the up-close (L1 button) aiming. When I use the assault class grenade launcher, all aiming cross hairs are missing. Essentially, these new 'features' have destroyed the gameplay.

If anybody from EA has bothered to read this, please look into resolving these bugs asap.

Not playing on a hardcore server are you? Hardcore removes a lot of the Aim/map on screen stuff.
